Step 3: You have found your new home!

Now is the time when you have to finalize your mortgage. There are some documents that you will probably be asked for in order finalize your financing.

They will include:

• A copy of the real estate listing of the property
• A full colour photo of the property
• A copy of the offer to purchase
• Copies of documents to confirm employment, income and source of pre-approval

It is just a simple matter of finalizing a few details with your Mortgage Specialist if you have a Pre-Approved Mortgage.
